How this shit works

 

Collections

Ready-to-ship pieces​ that launch together as a collection on my website. Previews  available a few days ahead of the sales. First come, first served. Items in your cart are not guaranteed until checkout if fully completed and you reach the thank you page.

I try for at least one new collection each month, but this can vary. To stay informed on new collections,

subscribe to my mailing list.

Pre-Order

Available all the time, choose your style (a handful of options are available) and choose your saying (from the sets on the listings). All saying you see on my IG are also fair-game.

I'm often behind on updating the lists.

IG Sales

Occasionally I'll do a small Instagram stories sale. The best way to stay up to date is to follow along on IG. @welcometothewheelhouse

 

Shipping 

 

United States

All of my items are tariff exempt through CUSMA, but are subject to brokerage fees at the border. Checkout includes all shipping costs plus a brokerage  fee of $20 CAD (approx $15 USD) per order. You will not be charged anything additional upon delivery. ​​​

Most US orders ship via UPS, unless unavailable in your location. In these cases, other courier options will be used.

Anywhere and everywhere. Shipping costs are auto calculated at checkout.

How

​Items are shipped with Canada Post. *Due to the barfy shitshow that is CP, I have no fucking idea when your order will arrive* but you should receive a tracking email from CP once your item has been scanned. ​

Local Pick-Up

A new option for locals (Prince George, BC). Pick up is at Blackwood Gifts, 1480 7 Ave, Prince George, BC. You will receive an email when your order is ready and you may pick-up at your convenience.

Combining Orders

Use the code "COMBINE" at checkout if you currently have a previous order that has not shipped yet, and you would like to combine the orders for shipping.

If you choose this option and do not qualify, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

When 

Even though we've got to the level where my house is an efficiently running warehome, if you expect Prime level shipping times, this probably ain't the place for you. I try to get orders out the door as soon as possible, but I am just one human person doing all of this, so orders take up to a week to ship. If you are truly in a rush, email me and I can likely accommodate.

No, I do not regularly have items in stock. Items in the online shop are what is currently available.

Return Policy

I package all products to the best of my ability with quality materials and the top priority is that your piece makes it to you - in one piece.

 

Unfortunately, the postal system is a rough, unpredictable ride and breakage sometimes happens. Wheelhouse Studio is not responsible for damages sustained during shipping and will not replace items that arrive broken. A refund for the broken item may be given upon request. Shipping fee will not be refunded. 

 

I want you to love your pieces as much as I loved making them, so if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. Buyer pays return shipping costs.
